Eplay -- The problem with PD is no one (except the Russians) know what the Russians have in stock. There is some speculation that they have 5 yrs supply above ground. I have never seen any confirmed hard numbers. Gld supply is known. PT is known, more or less. PD???? Other question: Is PD money? No history as money. Only history is as a commodity controlled by the Russians. Russians not to friendly these days to those they are pissed off at. iht.com May not have bearing on PD, but certainly does not give warm fuzzy. Shades of Stalin and Trotski.
