The problem with PD is no one (except the Russians) know what the Russians have in stock.

There is some speculation that they have 5 yrs supply above ground.

I have never seen any confirmed hard numbers.

Gld supply is known.

PT is known, more or less.

Other question: Is PD money?

No history as money. Only history is as a commodity controlled by the Russians.

Russians not to friendly these days to those they are pissed off at.
