Kerry's action expedited the return of POWs to America. I can see why MIAs are an emotional issue. Reality based thinking makes it most likely that any MIAs at the end of the war were unaccounted for dead. Thats what happens in War - people often get blown or burnt to pieces.

To try to somehow blame the likely long time previous deaths of MIAs on Kerry is intellectually dishonest.
