You finally raise a substantive issue, and I agree that it needs answers. I don't believe there was ever any real details of which entities made up the public company. The unaudited financials presented a picture that essentially claimed there was significant assets. No amount of disavowing at this point because of this resignation will excuse the company from proving what they published was real and based on reality IMO. In fact, I believe that the unaudited material was published at the time when Sulja was CEO. I may be mistaken but I'm sure you will have the answer.

This may be an attempt to run and hide by Petar V. I don't believe the resignation of a CEO helps him with any regulatory authorities.

Again, as I posted, these guys are giving the bash community a gold-plated bash gift. Let's see if bashers can snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. Will the bashers focus on real issues or will they continue to mine for immaterial personal attacks on posters, cut and paste of old material, one-liners, jokes, etc? The bashers want credibility and they lose it despite the huge tanking in the stock.

All just my opinion of course.
