No exemptions for anything. I agree with no exemptions, including age up to say 60 years old. The codgers (like me) could always do the desk work. I think you use a lottery. Might have to do it by age category, and also sometimes do it by profession (if they need doctors, IT professionals, linguists, etc). I think if they worked it that way just about everybody, from all walks of life, would at least know somebody that was serving. And have the risk of service themselves. John
