He was completely out of control. From what other comedians have said, he has lost it a number of times on stage but this is the first time he's become racist. As someone who didn't like the Seinfeld show, Kramer was the one I didn't care for the most. Apparently, since the show, his career has taken a decided slide which may be contributing to his anger.
