Chas, are you really as naive as you purport to be? Why would I want to ask a question of WP about his interpretation of the JV terms and conditions. That's like asking one of my students for his interpretation of Beta Theory. Many of us would like to discuss the actual agreement itself, not read one person's opinion. I have many colleagues in our Law Department here who I'm sure could provide far better advice from a contract law standpoint. You've already demonstrated your wealth of knowledge. ROFLOL Brit
