There are many plans from democrats out there. The proof of that is that on some threads reps have been bashing dems for AGES, for their various plans. I'm not sure what the big mystery is. In terms of a plan NOW, in light of the growing civil war and the increasing instability, I think dems as well as reps as waiting for the ISG before they make a concerted move to fix Mr. Bush's oopsie in Iraq, which is probably as it should be. Fools rush in, after all, and we've already had a fool do that.
