I think if we knew how many animals were being killed in this world just because they were considered a nuisance we'd all be terribly depressed. I recall seeing a photo over the weekend of a soldier killing a dog in some street somewhere in Asia......China I think? I didn't even want to read the caption. I am getting to the point where I refuse to watch videos or read articles about all the violence around us. For instance......I get emails every morning from certain blogs and one of them today had a video of people around the world reacting to 9/11. This article mainly focused on those people who were happy that we were hit or those people who said it was an inside job and that we deserved it. I'm to the point where I don't need to be reminded over and over again about this hatred. Hatred for people and hatred for animals. It appears that the Devil has gotten his way.
