Thanks for the info, unclewest. I haven't had time to read about any of the GI Bills of the past, but it does seem that they would work. The original Bill seem to pull most of the agricultural based citizenry from the 1940's and before, up by the bootstraps, so to speak, and provide the education and knowledge that made our country what it is today -- an economic powerhouse. I know we are all here mindful of how many people have helped to provide all of us the life we have today....From the American Revolution forward to the present.
