To blame the war on poverty, you would have to come up with a mechanism on how it only affected blacks and not whites, hispanics or asians. All groups saw their poverty rates cut in half. By your theory, they should have also experienced the same deterioration of their families. They didn't. Now a rational person would conclude that there is some other factor at work. A moron like you ignores the evidence and makes some shit up.
