PGD PULLING OUT THE STOPS... Eric Friedland of Peregrine Diamonds says the company is "on a war footing" at the Wo project. He said that the company is not happy with the stock price and that it is over sold in his opinion. The company is about to announce a very aggressive drill program at the D0-27 kimberlite. He is very aware that the market is not happy that the company could only get 550 ct from last years bulk drilling. We are taking steps to try to make the 2500 more cts needed during the seasons program. It is my view that the company with some help from Mother Nature my be able to do it as they plan to hire 4 rigs this season. The company may also include a bonus to the drillers if the can get the 2500 cts. This leads me to think that the shares of PGD may have hit bottom.I think that the drill program will start any time now with the two rigs now on site. This sample ore in one ton bags could be sent to the Diavik plant only a few weeks from now.Given the fact that the ore body carries big diamonds,it would not be out of the question that they may be in a position to deliver any large gems found to the news wire in less than a few weeks if such diamonds were to be found. That in turn along with the drill program underway may put the shares of PGD back into favor with investors. Conclusion, the shares may be a cheap as they are going to get,and may be back over $2 at the start of the drill program only a few weeks from now.
