>> BTW, what is your take on Lebed pumping XM?

It is in the same category as Cramer pumping Sirius -- both total nitwits who arbitrarily favor one over the other from time to time.

>> XM and Sirius are symbiotic in nature so I realized this after the earnings came out.

A characteristic of a duopoly. However, SIRI runs more on hype while XM runs on execution. I think it just pertains to fundamental differences in the shareholder groups -- XM tends to be more institutional who are more interested in financial performance while Sirius tends to be retail, more responsive to hype and perceived execution.

A fundamental difference, IMO, between hype/perceived execution vs. real execution is that the results (i.e., pps) from hype/perceived execution are realized immediately while actual execution takes some time to be realized. As a result, SIRI is the darling of speculators while XM is the dog. This is a temporary condition.
