FSP: Some properties were bought using "line of credit". When other properties were sold, the proceeds therefrom were used to pay down the line of credit. No mortgage debt is used on the purchased properties. They say none of their properties has mortgage debt.

I keep wavering on a decision if I want to average up on my FSP position. (FSP discussed here 8/05 & 10/05.) One thing I will do now though is have my broker automatically reinvest FSP dividends into FSP stock. (I hold FSP in an ira, and so I won't have messy cost basis tax issues buying more FSP like this.)
