My answer isn't on the list of votes. Your answer isn't ever on any multiple choice list. <gg> I didn't find that a difficult "yes." A couple of things about this are interesting and suggest unseriousness. One of them is that the Caucasian-only scholarship is for someone 25% Caucasian. That would include a whole lot of people who are predominantly another race. They could easily end up giving the Caucasian scholarship to someone who considers himself black. the distinction between "should be allowed to" and "should" isn't made by that vote The way it's framed, "should be allowed to" doesn't seem to mean "should" do it seriously but rather should do it as an object lesson.
