as the country gets bigger gross dollars will be larger, how many people were in the States when FDR was Pres. ??

I guess we should go back to the budget of Washington when the country had one million people.

I bet the gross dollars will be larger when the country has 1 Billion people, and larger again when we have 2 Billion people. you see my point yet ???
