Those who support Bush-Cheney are responsible for sending brave young Americans to their deaths for a screwed-up cause and even more screwed-up strategy (or lack thereof). Remember, about 30% of the country still support Bush and his "stay the course" madness. jlallen is one of them.

This is not unlike Vietnam circa 1971 when anyone with a brain or conscience knew it was a totally dishonest lost cause. And who would the last man to die for that mistake be? Where would be draw trhe line? But there were always those rightwing hawks then and now who support or supported any war they're told to support by the Bush or Nixon type in charge. The problem now is that our commander in cheif doesn't have a clue. At least Nixon was halfway competent and rational.

It's time we all took a big step back and thought about what we're really fighting about. It isn't 9-11. It's only vaguely about self-defense. It isn't Armegeddon unlesss you're a wacko. It isn't democracy and freedom or the Iraqis. So what is it? Profits? Whose profits? To answer that question, just follow the money. Who made the most money off this war? There are a whole line-up of culprits.

jllallen is like a guy w/ a sign on his back that says "KICK ME." He has a need to be abused. I admit. It's tough not to abuse him.
