Also Dell's financial recovery after adding AMD products would indicate that Intel's monopolistic practices were harming even their most loyal customer.

I'd chalk that up as a double whammy in AMD's favor, not a point gained for Intel.

When did they say that? Otellini himself was on record saying that, despite the lawsuit, he's not changing any of Intel's business practices.

If this were true, AMD would have made a big deal over it. Remember that the lawsuit is also their PR campaign, so they would NOT keep this so-called "smoking gun" a secret ...
