I have two questions for anyone from YellowKnife that might know because they are closer to the action....

1. What is the latest on the DeBeers/GK MVEIRB case...??? I have heard that it is going against DeBeers which will cause another 2 to 3 or more years to be added on to starting the mine...can anyone confirm....???

2.What is up with the rumour that DeBeers has elected not to use the Ice Road this year....is it tied into the MVEIRB situation...???

regards

PGDs WO project HOW BIG IS IT? Dentonia Resources, Peregreine Diamonds jr partner has just filed its AR.The company says they have the cash to advance the WO project to the next bulk and infill drilling between the D0-27 and the D0-18 kimberlite.Talking with the company at PGD I was told that the company feels that the two pipes may be joined. They are attempting to prove this through exploration this fall.Early numbers point to the D0-27 to be in the range of 40 million tons. The indication of the D0-18 is in the 15 million ton range.Millions of more tons could be added to the present suggestion of 55 million ton "now in the can",if the two pipes are in fact joined. This tonnage would clearly support a stand alone mine if the values of what company thinks may be present.Fast tracking by the operator PGD,and some help from Mother Nature and her weather could answer the value question in less than a year from now. With rebounding rough prices in the making, the next bulk sample may increase the values to the point of stand alone, much faster than we have seen with other companies. We need three factors to come together to get a mine.Discovery, tonnage, and value. The first two are very likely present. If the value comes in this winter, PGD shares could in my view test the old high of C$5.00.In my view the company is much more advanced than most other diamond jrs,and yet the stock has been punished as a bust.We could only be months away from the market correcting the stock price in relation to the advancement of the project.I have been buying shares on this unjustified weakness.
