Thanks for posting the bullish and bearish version of the charts on CWTR.

I do agree that CWTR may have a point or two risk on the down side from here. But I think that the fundamentals
of the situation is too overwhelming to wait for the perfect moment. An appropriate tactic to build a position in CWTR, like the other picks, is to be ready for an average-down position after 5-10% down draft.

In technical analysis, havn't you heard of an event called "false breakout"?

I think that the current situation of CWTR is a good case in point. The trendbreaker on high volume is accompanied by a large short interest, and unsually strong fundamentals. I think that in this case, the fundamentalists will ultimately win.
