Thanks for sharing all that, Naomi! What a very scary thing to have had to endure, and not know what was happening to you! I wouldn't have known the symptoms of internal bleeding either, other than something very obvious....but while I'm some younger than you are, it can happen to any of us at any time, it appears. You are indeed fortunate that your husband called a Doctor friend....Most us try to "brave" it out, and think "this too shall pass", not realizing that it may be ourselves that shall pass if we don't get ourselves mended.

Glad you are doing better, and yes, sounds like some shopping on line would be a great thing to do..!

A few years ago when I was having so many problems and health issues, one right after the other, we went to Nordstrom, went to Personal Touch for a "Molly Brown" helper, told her the problem, and who we wanted to get gifts for, approximately what we wanted to spend for each person, their colors, and likes/dislikes, and she had us come back in, all sorts of great things to chose from, then had everything giftboxed and ribboned, while we went to have lunch there. WHAT a relief it was that year, to have everything done is such a stylish, and EASY way....They were just super to us!

Oh my.
I am very happy to hear you are doing better now.

You take very good care and don't forget that things that are out of the ordinary are warning signs.
