Have you forgotten that Clinton enforced the draconian sanctions that killed hundreds of thousands in Iraq and prepared the way for the Bush invasion?
Plus he massively bombed the former Yugoslavia and followed a right wing economic agenda that again prepared the way for the even more right wing Bush agenda.

By any standards other than Bush Clinton was awful IMHO.

How quickly we forget.
