Well big energy stole 30 billion in just California in just the summer-winter of 2000-2001 alone. So do the math. And realize that they just brought gas prices down a full buck a gallon before the election without any of their usual phony excuses and reasons for why prices are supposedly "market driven". They are right in one respect, prices are market driven. However, as a virtual monopoly, they control the market, and are usually gam,ing it - upwards mostly.
