Laz is a well-respected by those of us who know him. I'd sure like to see him back, full strength, and as the moderator of this thread. There are several other people who don't deserve to be here.

As you've said before, take it to PM. Dave, despite your history with Laz, IMO, it's not professional to get personal.

Dave, we know it's no secret that Laz & you have butted heads more than a little. I know that you get quite a bit of guff doing your job & you normally handle it quite professionally. But you dropped the ball this time Dave. Your unprofessional reply is now a day old. The fact that 15 of Laz's biggest detractors got to take a cheap shot at him using your reply should tell you how wrong your faux pas really was. You've had plenty of time reflect on it & come back here to make amends, but you haven't. For that I'm going to ban you for a week. I know you can override it if you want to, but I'm asking you to honor it.
