BTW - about those AF's... correct if I'm wrong... but
the AF's will concern ONLY those transactions that have already occurred. as in closed quarters.. from 2005 / 6 = yes?

and therefore, the BIG BUCK #'s that everyone has "banked on"
would not be included .... Those being "Pro forma" based on contractual events scheduled for 2007 - yes?

So - remembering that the AF's were to be an important launching point from which they could allow Institutional participation..
which in turn, was how the value of the stock was to increase to the minimum required by SEC reg's to qualify for the up listing W/O having a reverse split.... hummm....

There's a BIG difference in the starting point of $.02 from $.12
... and IMO... a premature release of the AF's may in fact, turn out to be more disastrous then first restoring confidence and value.

This petition to force disclosure, that is being talked about, possibly could do more harm than good.
Perhaps a certified statement from Council would be a better way to go.
