"Those that built, nurtured, and grew, business could not possibly be of the bureaucracy side of economics." For most businesses this is most often correct. Certain businesses are closer to pure bureaucracies and less likely to train people to be frugal and teach them to conserve, thus learning conservative values. I would put doctors and lawyers n this category. I know a plumber that retains liberal values despite co-owning a very large plumbing contract business. I believe that liberals are just as compassionate as conservatives on average. They seem to not accept personal responsibility for actualizing their compassion. Instead they seem to feel the need to transfer responsibility to society so as to ease their guilt and depersonalize the experience. Thus they need bureaucracies and need to operate them. It is funny to see what happens when a principled conservative lands in a management role in a social service. They tend to improve the efficiency of the service. "How many able bodied men have chosen to remain on welfare?" Did you know that Congress allowed the welfare restrictions to expire? How stupid was that? "What happens when they are the majority?" They will vote themselves ever increasing benefits and demand higher taxes on a decreasing productive class. "I see the collapse of a nation under such a burden." That is prophetic. I doubt that my children will die in the United States of America. They may still live within the current borders, but this country is headed for disaster.
