Some unions do a fair job representing employees, some do a poor job. Unions create conflict so that they can exist and convince employees that they should be paid to negotiate their wages instead of their doing it themselves.

Exactly. To the GOP "greed is good". Life is a plantation and they are the masters. Whether you have health care or can send your kid to college is no concern of theirs.

Ironically, Jesus Christ taught that greed is bad, which is one reason Bushies are such hypocrites.
