I would put it another way. I would say that if the worst dirt you can come up with on a guy is either 18 years old or 26 years old and they have not done anything in the last 18 years that discredits them then yes, they get the benefit of the doubt from me. Republican or democrat. Now come up with something current and I will support your attempt to put them in jail if they have done something illegal. And I think it is totally appropriate for the democrats to have investigations in to all of the activities that have happened over the last 6 years. The ethics committee has been dead for the last 6 years and it is high time to administer some CPR.
