You're painting all unions based on your one bad experience. Of course there can be bad union employees, just like non union.

What union are you talking about? A lot of unions don't have any training programs. All you need to be is a warm body and you're qualified. My experience is with trade unions, where unions have training and apprenticeship programs where members must demonstrate ability and pass the tests to advance.

Fork lift drivers are a class that I'm not familiar with. In the trades if a guy doesn't pull his weight he'll be gone toot sweet. Lead men and shop stewards won't let unqualified people return to the job. High standards are always the key to a strong union.

Non union is no standards.
