A great idea and one someone is bound to implement sooner or later. Double the output with the same investment as the two generating mediums share a foundation and transmission facilities back to land. A great idea. Only a matter of time.

Looks good as a cad drawing but in reality something like that living in the real electrolized ocean will require tons of maintenance and replacement.
How are they going to keep everything off of it.
Lots of Zinc and Copper.
