SP, we farm out jobs for the subcontractors and they dig holes on the ground, and mix cement, and tie steel reinforcement and then they invoice their subcontracting companies and they get their money. No Santa Klaus here. Thirsty five years ago, I started, albeit not mixing cement, but climbing microwave towers like a monkey, I started my career. Because there was no one to make charity I worked hard and learned and made a few bucks over the years. Thus I think if you give the fishing rod pretty soon the guy becomes a fisherman and no longer need anyone else.
