There is no consolidation of capital. Effective at the opening Feb. 27, 2006, the common shares of Silver Grail Resources Ltd. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of Minvita Enterprises Ltd. will be delisted. The company is classified as a gold and silver mining company.
