I'm very conflicted about this.

Broetje Orchards, which happens to be the largest private orchard in the world, had to let 15 tons of fruit rot on the ground this fall due to lack of labor.

It's a difficult problem, and I'm not sure what the answer is.

You have to understand that Lake County "Prides" itself in being the poorest county in California. So I would take much of this with a grain of salt.
