You can bet that if Clinton had decided to forcefully remove Saddam, a PLAN would have been in place. No plan, no invasion!

wonder what the dems and clinton's plan was for Iraq in 1998 after the policy to remove saddam was created?

It was the Republican Congress that passed the legislation that Clinton signed. It's short, look it up in Thomas. But isn't that OBE?
