I have thought a lot about it. It's the "Americans" that are acting like racists by their constant media bashing of Islam.

Again I am speaking of the powers that be when I say "Americans" What you think I am so shallow as to not take everyone individually on his own merits when I decide who I want to be friends with? I have LOTS of American friends.

What is wrong with you people? When you say "The North Koreans" or "The Iranians" or "The Iraqis" you are speaking of their their governments. There is no distinction made. When the USA bombed Baghdad they were bombing The Iraqis as if they were all enemies. When they bombed Germany the Germans were our enemy...NOT individuals but it didn't matter. Same with the Japanese ALL of whom were rounded up during WW2

So....rather than beat this to death let me just say I "hate" the American Government and way of life....NOT individuals and I thought that would go without saying...guess not.

Do you get it now?

He's actually from LA you know hank, born and raised, so yes definitely you are more canadian than he ... don't know why they let him in this country, but i'm for revoking his ticket, maybe see if we can trade him for Willie Nelson, who doesn't look like he'd be prone to these bouts of gratuitous rudeness on stock threads

That ambassador's name was Ken Taylor, he was on the board of Desert Sun for as long as it lasted ... not on Yamana's, i just checked

I think that it was not really Canadians that saved the day on that Iranian Hostage crisis. I have also read a few times that Reagan got the Iranians to agree to hold on to the Hostages long enough to get Carter out and the GOP and Reagan in.
I don't want to look it all up, but this story makes a lot more sense than the brave Canadians saving the Helpless Americans.
