Its not like having pre or extramarital sex fits the Catholic Church's moral ideas anyway. If someone is not concerned about their teachings on this issue then there is no reason not to wear a condom, and if someone is concerned but willing to violate the teachings anyway. I don't see why they stop at the 2nd violation.
