That idiot is talking (it's like the inane Pelosi baloney--they do not have anything else) about the Clinton ILA, the Iraq Liberation Act.

Republicans refuse to read the one-pager available everywhere on the web. They do, however, claim that all of Bush's stupidity, Rumsfeld's incompetence and Republican military failures in Iraq are Clinton's fault because he advocated the use of about $90 million to promote democracy in Iraq.

The lazy dolts refuse to read the act which didn't call for an invasion and permanent occupation for the purpose of war profiteering and oil price gouging. The act called for the support of those organizations promoting democracy in Iraq.

That dolt's use of this strawman over and over and over and over again simply shows the rightwing's utter moral and intellectual (not much there to begin with anyway) collapse. It's simply the Republican blame-Clinton, blame-anyone game.

They want to share the blame with anyone who isn't running fast enough away from them but they refuse to share their war profiteering blood money.
