You are simply wildly incorrect. You can't compare civil war to the organized warfare between Iraq and Iran. They are very different structurally, and politically. How odd you would even try to conflate the two things.

Read the thread I'm responding to - it wasn't about civil war, it was about whether there was ruthless murdering and killing in Iraq prior to the 2nd invasion, and my comment was that there was much, much more (in numbers).
