Most people of your persuasion claim the civil war was unforeseeable; you apparently see it as "inevitable". I'm not sure how you reconcile that with interference in Iraq. Or maybe you were against interference? Or, alternately, you believe in interfering in civil wars?

Personally, I didn't foresee a civil war prior to the invasion. It probably could have been avoided with a better post-major military action plan, which seems to have not existed.

I don't recall the anti-war posters foreseeing civil war either. I recall their view being more of a basic "war is wrong regardless" blanket statement.
