My sister and her boyfriend drove from NC to Ky with all that food, over a 10 hour drive. I kept telling her I could make everything but she insisted. My mother is 86 and fell and broke her elbow so I've been caring for her, guess my sister decided that was enough. They brought enough food for 24 instead of 4 but it was all good and so are the leftovers. <G>

I've never heard of tillamook butter, but we freeze regular butter all the time.
