USSE: Addenda; You probably have to be in USSE by the end of today, 27NOV06 (..that will allow for clearing time..), to be eligible for the 1:1 power company gimme's. That transaction will probably take place in about 60+/- days. USSE is working on a decision with the SEC that will make any purchases through 30NOV06 eligible as stated in the month-old PR - but no guarantees on that yet.

Sorry about any confusion, it's all part of the learning experience.
