yes, that is true neolib. Science is statistics. And when we say that a theory is generally accepted, it is because, as in the case with global warming, the probability that the theory is wrong is so remote, as to not even be worth thinking about. Or conversely, 99.xxx% of the data tells us that we are in a manmade global warming period that makes all preceding warming periods look wintry. We have the makings of a literal hell on earth, if we don't do something to reverse the trend.
