absolutely, Myron - moderation in all things. AND no GMO soy - but nuts, green veggies, whole grain rice-eating vegans do tend to be much slimmer, healthier, lower b/p than their meat-eating, dairy consuming peers. I had a burger at Red Robin last night. YUM. LOL but I only eat meat once a week, and then very little. Love tuna, but it has mercury as does my other fave, salmon. darn!
