I read something about hedge funds becoming
a little too defensive over the course of
the past year. Now they've found themselves
a little behind the indices and need to
goose their returns through the end of the
year. Seems to me techstocks ought to do
well for the next month.

If you're a hedge fund guy with an S&P level
return, or even behind the curve a notch--maybe
you're reaching out to techstocks now.

For 2007, look to the ten year treasury
(it is killing me--I've been sitting 90%
cash for several years, rates that never
rise...) Where you going to go? It seems to
me that not a lot of money has to rotate out
of the blue chips to set the Nasdaq and such
moving.
