Griffin Feasibility Study to be Revised Again

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, November 27, 2007 (CCNMatthews via COMTEX News Network) --

Grffin Gold (TSX:GRI) today announced that the Company will be again revising the previously reported Aurora Borealis Feasibility Study and the related N43-100001 Technical Report. The results are expected to be released on April 1, 2007.

The Company expects to determine that checks of rechecked assay results will result in a re-statement of the un-proven and improbable resource estimates anticipated to be immaterially insignificantly unchanged from current amounts.

Although the total gold resources estimates for the Aurora Borealis property are expected to be nominally unchanged, the impact of the anticipated tidal boars and lunar equinoxes will have an impact on the outcome. As such, the company reserves the right to adjust the final results as seen fit by National standard N43-100001.
