That's not only bad for the kids but it's rough on the poor dogs as well. I've said millions of times and I stand by it. You should have to have a licence to have kids and animals. You have to have licenses to own a gun, drive a care, hunt, practice law and medicine. You're talking about two very precious living things in this world and we treat both with very little respect and dignity at times. It's really screwed up if you ask me. I'll report back when they get rid of the dog. It will be gone before the end of the year.
