As you stated, his girls are down there. I heard Barbara jr had her purse stolen in argentina. I'm thinking, after he's ruined the US, and everyone in Europe hates him, the only place he has left to go is Paraguay. He does know some Spanish, hola, hasta luego, donde es mi dinero...so he'll do okay.
