Maybe. The trend was already in place. Given the rate of increase in the previous years, it isn't a given that Newtco had any effect.

But your grasp of numbers is pretty weak. Besides, you clearly lack the intellect to actually interpret data, and since Limbaugh and the other talking heads are telling you different...
