have you heard much talk of the NAFTA Superhighway? been very hush hush but it will be a new way to truck all your crap into the country from Mexico and I'd also expect ports to move south of the border, thereby offloading with cheap labor and moving it eventually w/cheap labor.

nice beach... college party/tourist trap atmosphere but quiet in winter(or at least I dont bar hop anymore so it seems quiet)

one condo job next to place I stayed was at standstill for some reason(maybe holidays?)

I was surprised there were not more for sale signs on RE
a few years back I remember it looked like everything was for sale
