GSX- I basically agree with Ed's analysis.

One research report that I read recently expressed concern that Gasco will have its drilling capex squeezed considerably for 2007 if NG prices stay low. GSX would then either have to trim its drilling way back in 2007 or borrow more in order to drill.

One redeeming factor is the Rocky Mountain Express pipeline
which is coming in 2008. This should help a lot with improving
Rockies basis differentials.

But you will have to be patient here with GSX.

In the meantime, take a look at END (Endeavor International)
They just announced success at their Columbus North Sea discovery where they partnered with EOG.

END could be an emerging North Sea independent with considerable upside. They just completed the purchase of Talisman producing properties in the North Sea. END is anticipating cash flow of $100 million in 2007.

Best of Luck.

WHT ! Thanks for mentioning WHT. I bought that in addition to GSX. Both up today, but WHT was up 25% !!!!!!!!!
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(I went to the warehouse store and bought a giant bag of exclamation points for only $ 3.99 !!!)

Many tiny, small cap, and low priced resource stocks moving -
uranium stocks are having a good time also.

Part of this is year end exhuberence, but some of it is hints at what year end results will be. With higher commodity prices, numbers should be real good for some of these stocks.

If this keeps up, we can party like it's 1999 !!!!!
