Floyd, As I stated very clearly, CMKX is unique in that there are lots of victims but the blame cannot point in a single direction. You may think Byrne should vote up or down on every stock who has come forward but in all honesty, he does not follow CMKX and he has admitted as much. O'Brien makes similar claims. CMKX is a unique case and thus to speak much about it up or down you must have been tagging along for much of the ride. But thanks for all those comments regarding my Opinion as stated. No affirmation of agreement or disagreement simply another slide to the right and redirect to a seperate issue.
